Job Summary:

The Patch Engineer will be responsible for patching / remediation activities using tools like MECM/SCCM. This includes prioritizing patches based on criticality, including zero-day vulnerabilities and past-due updates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Validate successful patch deployments and ensure systems meet patch compliance standards.
  • Experience in deployment of security patches, maintaining compliance, and mitigating vulnerabilities.
  • Strong scripting skills to create customized remediation scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with MECM and troubleshooting OS / patching related issues.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in patch management and software development.
  • Mandatory skills: Patch Management, PowerShell Scripting, MECM, SCCM, Qualys tool.
