We're seeking a skilled Vulnerability Management Specialist to join our cybersecurity team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular vulnerability scans and validate results for accuracy, ensuring the integrity of our security posture.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to coordinate remediation efforts, addressing high-risk findings promptly.
  • Track and report on remediation progress, escalating critical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support patch management and assist with configuration baseline enforcement, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vulnerability dashboards, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Provide L2-level technical support and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Assist in defining security hardening guidelines and vulnerability baselines, driving continuous improvement in our security practices.
  • Engage with Security Operations and L3 teams for critical issue resolution, leveraging expertise across multiple disciplines.
  • Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with global stakeholders across security and IT teams, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of patch management processes, including Windows, Linux, and applications.
  • Familiarity with CVE/CVSS scoring systems and threat prioritization methodologies.
  • Proficiency in generating and maintaining dashboards and reports, leveraging data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or Nessus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT security or vulnerability management, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
