Job Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute creative concepts for marketing and branding initiatives across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual elements.
  • Create captivating visual assets for landing pages, email templates, and social media campaigns.
  • Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas.

Required Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field with a proven track record working with North American clients.
  • Experience in creating blog illustrations and featured images.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and video editing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), FIGMA, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest design trends and industry best practices.
  • Detail-oriented approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
