**Job Title:** Senior Creative Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of creative work and excellent communication skills.

  • Develop and execute creative campaigns across multiple brands, leveraging campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting expertise.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on all creative ideation and showcase for pitches, ensuring effective presentation and persuasion.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients, clearly articulating key messaging and value propositions.
  • Maintain the highest level of creativity, quality, and innovation in all work, driving results-oriented solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, receiving direction, feedback, and guidance to enhance professional growth and development.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from topical posts to annual campaign strategies, fostering seamless collaboration and outstanding outcomes.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team, ensuring cohesive branding and consistent messaging across all creative assets.
  • Clearly break down complex briefs to junior creatives, facilitating efficient and effective execution.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback, prioritizing self-set timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and meeting client objectives.
  • Prominently present throughout each production stage, from concept to final product delivery.
