  • Develop cohesive design systems across touchpoints, balancing creativity with strategy.

This hands-on role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams in industrial design, strategy, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Identity Design
    • Refine visual identities including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.
    • Translate brand strategy into comprehensive design systems.
  • Packaging Design
    • Design structural packaging concepts in collaboration with industrial designers.
    • Balance visual storytelling, category differentiation, and functional practicality.
  • Design Thinking and Creative Strategy
    • Apply design thinking methodologies to solve client challenges with empathy and innovation.
    • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation sprints with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaboration and Execution
    • Work closely with Form Lab and Tech Lab teams for holistic brand-to-product integration.
    • Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with vendors or printers for packaging execution.
