About this Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with expertise in managing end-to-end HR processes, ensuring compliance and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee onboarding, transfers, exits and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Drive background verification and compliance-related documentation to maintain a risk-free environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and organizational goals to drive operational excellence.
  • Manage HR compliance, audits and statutory reporting to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate payment.

This role requires:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR operations or a similar field.
  • A strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance and HR best practices.
