Role Description: We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor and catalyst for HR excellence within the organization. This role is ideal for individuals who combine strong HR expertise with business acumen, and are capable of translating organizational goals into impactful people strategies.
The HRBP will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive talent outcomes, promote employee engagement, and support organizational agility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex change, leading organizational development initiatives, and fostering high-performance cultures. Key Responsibility
Areas:Strategic HR PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and department heads, aligning HR strategy with business objectives. Partner with leadership to address both immediate and long-term business challenges through workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. Organizational Development & Talent ManagementLead initiatives focused on leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipeline management.
Design and implement programs to strengthen organizational capability and drive continuous learning. Employee Engagement & Performance EnablementDevelop strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure performance management systems are aligned with company goals. Promote a high-performance culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition frameworks.
Change Management & Organizational AgilityDrive and support business transformation initiatives, including restructures, system implementations, and cultural shifts. Develop and execute change management plans that ensure smooth transitions, effective communication, and employee readiness. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, using feedback and data to inform continuous improvement.
Employee Relations & Workplace CultureProvide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliant, fair, and consistent resolution processes. Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and mutual respect, championing employee well-being and psychological safety. Required Skills & QualificationsEducation:Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are highly desirable. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with strategic business exposure. Experience in fast-paced or transformation-heavy environments is preferred.
Technical Skills:Proficient in HR analytics, workforce planning tools, and performance management systems. Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint for insights presentation and reporting. Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment without formal authority. Strategic & Analytical Thinking:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, spot trends, and develop actionable insights. Business-focused mindset with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
Self-Motivation & Ownership:Highly self-driven with the ability to operate independently in complex and ambiguous environments.
