Procurement Buyer II Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Buyer II to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain processes from order placement to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of trade compliance and certificate of conformance (COC) processes. Additionally, they should have expertise in letter of credit (LOC) processes and supplier negotiation skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage order placement and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or shipments.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all transactions, including invoices, receipts, and shipping documents.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, cost savings, and vendor satisfaction ratings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the supply chain management process, from order placement to delivery.
  • Planning & Revenue Forecasting: Experience in planning and managing revenue forecasting activities.
  • Trade Compliance & COC Process: Knowledge of trade compliance and the COC process.
  • LOC Process Expertise: Responsible for handling end-to-end LOC processes.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to ensure favorable terms.
