Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the complete purchase cycle: requisition, quotation, negotiation, purchase order, and delivery follow-ups.
- Use **Odoo ERP** to create and manage purchase orders, vendor records, and price lists.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
- Verify purchase invoices and coordinate with the finance department for timely payments.
- Maintain accurate procurement data, pricing, and supplier details within Odoo.
- Collaborate with inventory, production, and accounts departments to ensure proper order fulfillment.
- Track and manage delivery schedules, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and returns in Odoo.
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports using Odoo for management review.
- Evaluate supplier performance and assist in vendor development and sourcing alternatives.
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and budget controls.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
