The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role involves supplier management, negotiating contracts, and maintaining inventory levels to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- **Supplier Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate terms and conditions.
- **Procurement Process**:

- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- **Cost Management**:

- Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular assessments of inventory and forecast future purchasing needs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, expenditure, and supplier performance.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure quality standards are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
