**Job Description:

- **
- End to end purchase management for Perishable items (Vegetables, milk), food additives, dry fruits etc.
- Negotiating with Vendors/Companies for getting optimum margins.
- Rate negotiation with vendor.
- Vendor order placement, follow up, new vendor creation etc.
- Market prediction, market analysis to get best possible deal
- Opportunity buying.
- Responsible for reduction in RM cost by optimizing RM Inventory.
- Ensure timely availability of all RM.
- Making follow ups for vendors for timely delivery as well as making follow-up for timely payment to vendors
- Responsible to reduce PR to PO conversation time.
- Responsible for vendor development. Ensure meeting with supplier to increase supplier options for company
- To execute & finalize all long term/short term contracts/PIR (Purchase information record) in system. Work with vendors to create a customer engagement programmer for the category.
- Vendor management to ensure higher vendor satisfaction.
- To maintain quarterly purchase action plan for allotted category
- Maintain financial hygiene with vendors to ensure on time recovery of vendor out standings
- Monthly Review Of data & Forecast for Promotion Sku’s & Seasonal Sku’s.
- Develop Category by conducting Strategic Alliance tie-ups, consumer promotions, building range & assortment & executing the immediate market trends.
- Planning and negotiating with key Suppliers accordingly for developing quarterly activity, promotional calendar and executing Occasional activities for sales/margin building.
- Initiating relationships with key suppliers for business development.
- Interfacing with Suppliers for introducing the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for better deals to enhance Top line & Bottom line..
- Reviewing progress and taking corrective measures.
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer supplier power.
- Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
