Procurement Buyer II: Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Order Management:

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Buyer II to manage our orders effectively. This includes reviewing all open orders daily, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.

Our ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills with suppliers to ensure favorable terms. They will proactively engage with internal customers to expedite open orders and address any delivery issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely IBD (Inbound Delivery) creation, GR (Goods Receipt) completion, and customer invoice verification.

They will publish weekly performance metrics, including missing OAs, past due orders, and Dolphin issues.

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Knowledge:

Planning & Revenue Forecasting:

Experience in planning and managing revenue forecasting activities is essential.

Trade Compliance & COC Process:

Knowledge of trade compliance and the COC process (Certificate of Conformance) is also required.

LOC Process Expertise:

Responsibility for handling end-to-end LOC (Letter of Credit) processes is expected.

Supplier Negotiation:

Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to ensure favorable terms are required.

Freight Forwarder Coordination:

Experience working with freight forwarders for CPT shipments is necessary.
