Account Management Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Account Management Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- To set and achieve account objectives through the development of detailed plans.
- To execute account management duties, including negotiating contracts and administering sales agreements.
- To identify opportunities for growth and profitability improvement, and advance relationships with customers.
- To introduce new products and solutions to customers, and apply pricing policies as required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or commerce, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Knowledge of the steel and refractory industries, as well as manufacturing processes and product applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage customer relationships.
