As a Staff Technical Support Engineer specialising in AI Access Security and SaaS Security, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and partners on AI Access Security and SaaS Security solutions, addressing complex issues related to the safe adoption of GenAI apps and the protection of SaaS applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents, offering best practices and configurations to optimize security solutions for our clients.

In this senior escalation point role, you will guide customers through the complexities of GenAI app adoption, leveraging your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert for our integrated Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solution.

You will have the opportunity to work on the most comprehensive AI Security solution, ensuring customers can safely leverage AI technologies.

With a focus on analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, you will analyse complex issues and provide the necessary support to keep our clients' environments secure.
