Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our IT service delivery projects. As Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project-based teams and ensuring they are aligned with project and organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, IT service delivery, and people management. They will possess expertise in project management frameworks, such as Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in team management tools like ServiceNow and Jira.

You will lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, managing service delivery lifecycles and stakeholder relationships. Your ability to drive innovation and quality enhancements, while maintaining a customer-focused approach, will be essential to your success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing account(s) with a significant revenue size and leading project-based teams across multiple projects concurrently. Occasional travel to customer or project sites may be required, and flexibility to work outside regular hours is necessary to meet project milestones or address critical issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the successful execution of IT service projects
  • Lead and develop diverse teams
  • Manage project scope changes through structured Change Control Processes
  • Establish and monitor governance frameworks for effective project delivery
  • Develop and track project budgets, billing, and financial forecasts
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications
  • 8+ years in Service delivery in EUC, Networking, and similar roles in IT Managed services
Skills:
  • Project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Team management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
