We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery for our clients.

About the Role
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our solutions and platforms to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to craft project 'scope of work' plans and documentation, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Lead planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies, driving effective project planning.
  • Design and maintain detailed project plans, utilizing project management tools to ensure visibility and control.
  • Prepare project reports for status meetings as required, providing stakeholders with timely and actionable insights.
  • Identify and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies, proactively mitigating risks.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure team members meet project goals, maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, feedback, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure project plans deliver against SLAs and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction, driving business outcomes.

Key qualifications for this role include previous experience in a project management environment, proficiency in using web-based project management software, IT skills, and Microsoft Office products. Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not essential.
