We seek an experienced project manager who can play a pivotal role in the growth of our services practice. This individual will be responsible for implementing best practices and new methodologies, as well as delivering projects according to agreed scope, schedule, and budget. The goal is to achieve higher revenue and maintain healthy margins for the organization.
Our project managers oversee diverse portfolios of customers and projects varying in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case throughout their careers. They must possess strong project management skills, effective communication, and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities:- Implement successful projects by applying project management best practices and methodologies.
- Manage project teams comprising functional and technical consultants (internal and external).
- Develop a good understanding of FICO products to converse confidently with clients.
- Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interpret commercial and contractual terms and manage projects according to agreed terms and conditions.
- Support country services leaders, practice leads, and sales teams on pre-sales activities and proposals (including statements of work approvals/project management estimates).
- Adhere to PMO governance and project reporting using project management tools.
- At least 15+ years of working experience.
- 8+ years of effective project management experience.
- Experience in reputable banks, system integrators (SI), product companies (like FICO), or software organizations.
- Software implementation experience in project management/technical delivery management.
- Delivered end-to-end large/medium software projects using waterfall & agile methodology.
- Good understanding of risk, fraud, originations, customer onboarding domains.
- Experience in delivering software solutions in loan originations, fraud, decisioning, customer management.
- Experience in delivering cloud-based implementations and on-perm solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
- PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
- Willingness to travel (20-30%).
- Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Hindi, Marathi (optional).
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
- Collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams spread across geographies, departments, and organizations (clients and partners).
