Telecom Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced telecom project manager to lead our customer-driven projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.

  • You will oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources to ensure high-quality project delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems to ensure optimal team composition and performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security. You should also be proficient in agile project management tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple customer-driven telecom projects, focusing on delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and meet client expectations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems, ensuring optimal team composition and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge in the latest telecom technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.
  • Proficient in agile project management tools and methodologies.
