This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of customer pain points, coupled with expertise in translating technical concepts into actionable business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead insightful workshops to capture customer needs, constraints, and operational context.
  • Gather and document customer requirements, distilling them into clear, actionable product specifications.

Solution Design & Proposal Support

  • Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to develop tailored proposals that meet government client needs and priorities.
  • Translate customer insights into informed product requirements, guiding development planning and roadmap decisions.

Issue Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Assess Change Requests for feasibility, impact, and alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Prioritize customer requests in partnership with Product Management and R&D, balancing customer value with delivery capacity.

Product Expertise & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying current with capabilities, roadmap developments, and technical architecture.
  • Deliver operational and methodology training for customers, leveraging your expertise in Telecom / Telephony / Cellular / Analytics Domain and IP network technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong familiarity with Telecom / Telephony / Cellular / Analytics Domain and IP network technologies is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in SIGINT collection systems within Intelligence, Security, or Cyber domains is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing solution roles, such as Product Manager, Solution Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and vice versa.
  • Experience working with Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, and backlog grooming is advantageous.
  • Excellent English skills are essential.
