Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Solutions Expert with expertise in Telecom and AI/Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.

You will design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address client pain points and provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with telecom clients.
  • Design AI/GenAI-driven solutions for clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI and GenAI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI, machine learning, and generative AI trends and apply this knowledge in the telecom industry.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and support teams to tailor AI/GenAI solutions for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.
  • Experience in selling AI-driven solutions preferably in the telecom or technology industries with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into actionable AI/GenAI solutions.
