Job Title: Technical Consultant

Job Description:

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met and delivered. Key responsibilities include providing technical support for D365 F&O, understanding business needs, and determining the best technical solution.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture technical requirements.
  • Analyse requirements from business process leads and key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support for D365 F&O platform.
  • Understand business needs and determine best technical solution.
  • Support testing activities and training end users if required.
  • Assist with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications as required.
  • Maintain, manage and support D365 application post implementation.
  • Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases and deployment.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.
  • Develop quality documentation as per industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain security roles and user access management.
  • Support DRA, Printer and scanner related requirements.
  • Create, Manage and maintain workflows.
  • Create, manage, maintain and monitor batch jobs.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O.
  • D365 Support experience.
  • Understanding of printers, handheld scanners and F&O as a cloud hosted application.
