Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a crucial role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of experience in functional areas of work, including 3+ years in Oracle Cloud for Absence, OTL, and other modules.
  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas.
  • Working experience in another module apart from Absence and OTL is also required.
  • Proficiency in understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product.
  • Identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds to clients.
  • Estimation of work for Vanilla implementation and Personalizations/work-arounds, Reports/integrations/enhancements needed.
  • Client presentations and demos for some modules.
  • Proficiency in understanding client support needs and delivery models that would suit the client.
  • Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution.
  • Understanding nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and estimations.
  • Ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the project being managed.
  • Mentoring and guidance to the project team. Quality tracking and team feedback.
  • Status reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Coordinate with Oracle SMEs as needed to arrive at industry-leading solutions for clients.
  • Provide out-of-the-box solutions when situations demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Effective analytical skills and organizational skills.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
  • Effectively manage scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
  • Follow through on all assignments and take ownership of customer issues.
