Senior Manager Role

About the Job

This is a complex opportunity for an experienced professional to lead sales efforts and work closely with internal teams to create innovative solutions that meet client needs and business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support & Solutioning:
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
    • Lead complex opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, etc. to showcase value proposition.
    • Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and ROI.
    • Guide clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to drive the most value from proposed solutions.
  • Strategy & Execution:
    • Drive pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with senior leaders.
    • Lead initiatives to continuously improve sales performance by bringing in best practices.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.
  • Strategic Advisory:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
    • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients.
    • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on proposed solutions.
    • Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams which could help refine the product and content roadmap.
    • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing / farming / retention strategy.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
    • Work with Customer Success team to understand client engagements and create compelling case studies articulating value delivered.
    • Articulate ROI delivered by Beroe's solutions through representative scenarios for strategic accounts.
    • Lead creation of industry-specific solution pitches to bring contextualization in value proposition.
