Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and articulate sales associate to lead our efforts in reaching out to retail stores, institutions, and corporates across Mumbai. You will be the bridge between our brand and the B2C network, helping us grow our reach and visibility.

About Us:

We are a new-age clean-label company crafting fresh, nutrition-focused food for kids, women's health, diabetics, etc. With no maida or chemicals, we're reviving the forgotten art of natural and fresh food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and onboard D2C clients, Local area groups, Retail, General trade, Societies, including corporates.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) for seamless execution.
  • Represent the brand professionally during all client and community interactions.
  • Capture customer feedback and provide market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a nutritionist/Dietitian with experience in interacting with clients/customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data
  • Client Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role, Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently
  • Professional Appearance & Conduct: You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed
