About the Role:

  • This position oversees the daily functioning of a branch office, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to established guidelines.

  • A key responsibility includes evaluating customer transactions and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Effective queue management and lobby maintenance are also crucial aspects of this role.
  • Cash handling, including foreign exchange and traveler's cheques within specified limits, is an essential duty.
  • Customer complaint resolution is another critical function, with a focus on meeting predetermined timeframes.
  • The successful candidate will also ensure AML/KYC compliance for account opening forms submitted to relevant parties.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity
