Position Site Supervisor Location Greater Noida Authority Experience Minimum 2-3 years About Us Mobiurja is actively involved in the management and operation of tubewells in the Greater Noida area Our focus is on ensuring efficient and effective tubewell operations including timely start-ups maintenance and repairs Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of tubewells ensuring timely start and stop of operations Oversee and manage tubewell operators attendance and work schedules Ensure all tubewell equipment is functioning properly and promptly address any malfunctions or repairs needed Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of tubewell sites Coordinate with the technical team for any necessary repairs or upgrades Maintain detailed records of operations maintenance activities and operator attendance Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Report to the project manager on daily operations and any issues that arise Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role preferably in water supply or similar operational roles Strong leadership and organizational skills Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software Salary- 20k Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Water supply Industry 1 year Required Location Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
