  • Engaging with potential customers to introduce our product range and features
  • Conducting follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales or gather additional information
  • Preparing and delivering quotations to customers while providing technical expertise to turn the quote into a sale
  • Communicating effectively through various channels, including WhatsApp
  • Daily status reporting
  • Responding promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Providing product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers
  • Resolving customer queries and issues effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in computer usage, especially Microsoft Office-Excel, and excellent language skills in English (compulsory) with Hindi and other languages being an added advantage.
