Job Description

Urgently hiring for the Business Development Associate with fluent over English at the location of Chennai (Tamil Nadu).

The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in sales or client engagement, preferably at an EdTech platform. Skillful in utilizing performance metrics to implement strategies and improve customer retention rates.

Excellent communication skills paired with a deep passion for education and a desire to make a significant impact. An entrepreneurial mindset, always eager to learn and drive value for both customers and the company is always a bonus

Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and encourage trial classes. Build strong relationships with students and parents to understand their unique learning needs. Match students with appropriate tutors based on their individual requirements. Create customized educational packages for every student. Utilize CRM tools for lead management and sales streamlining proficiently. Remain consistent in meeting the monthly sales targets as set by the organization.

Enhance sales pitches and strategies to contribute to overall sales performance.

Collaborate with tutors and the academic team to maintain high customer satisfaction as well as pristine service quality

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience
- In-office is a must (Chennai)
- Good English Communication- Dealing with International Clients (UK/US/ME)
- Attention to detail.
- Salary Package: INR 20 - 30K
