Job Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company through a strategic blend of inbound, outbound, and field sales activities. Your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales and business development team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
