Our expertise spans from Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution Sector, where we utilize advance Drone, Sensors, and Technologies Like LiDAR, Visual, Thermal & Partial Discharge camera to address complex problems associated with Inspection.

Position Overview:
BetterDrones is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a part of a cutting-edge technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Research:
o

Identify and research potential business opportunities in the Power sector that can benefit from drone technology.
o

Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, industry events, and digital marketing initiatives.
o

Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management:
o

Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
o

Understand client requirements and work with the sales and technical teams to present tailored solutions.
o

Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Proposal Development:
o

Assist in developing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demos to potential clients.
o

Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and negotiate contracts that align with client needs.
o

Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving business development targets.
·

Reporting & Performance Tracking:
o

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead pipelines, and client interactions.
o

Track progress toward goals and prepare regular reports for management on business development activities.

Qualifications:
·

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Engineering.
·

1-2 years of experience

in business development, sales, or a related role (experience in Power or Drone industry is a plus).
·

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·

A passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in drones and their applications.
