The role of SAP Fieldglass Consultant involves implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions, which facilitate the management of contingent workforce and services procurement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring the Fieldglass platform, ensuring its seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems, and driving efficiency and visibility in managing external workforce and service procurement.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice on best practices for managing contingent labor and services, and develop tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring SAP Fieldglass solutions according to client specifications and business requirements
  • Conducting business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommending best practices for managing contingent labor and services
  • Managing system integrations with other SAP and non-SAP solutions to ensure seamless operations
  • Providing training and support to end-users, facilitating their understanding of Fieldglass functionalities
  • Monitoring system performance and addressing any issues or enhancements as needed
  • Staying current with industry trends and SAP Fieldglass updates to provide clients with effective solutions

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an SAP Fieldglass Consultant with a focus on contingent workforce management
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass functionalities, including vendor management, requisitioning, and time tracking
  • Experience with integration scenarios involving various HR and finance systems
  • Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams

Technical skills include:

  • SAP Fieldglass: Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Fieldglass functionalities, including vendor management, requisitioning, time tracking, and expense integration
  • Integration technologies: Hands-on experience with integration tools and methods such as SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), APIs, and web services
  • System connectivity: Experience with integration scenarios involving various HR and finance systems like SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and other third-party systems
  • Data management: Proficiency in data migration, validation, and reporting within the SAP environment
  • Query tools: Ability to use reporting and query tools to monitor system health and generate custom reports
