Cloud Training Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator with expertise in cloud and AI technologies to manage comprehensive training programs.

  • Coordinate technical training initiatives focused on Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies.
  • Develop innovative training strategies emphasizing Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Oversee the execution of training logistics including scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate technical evaluation calls for prospective trainers assessing their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  • Build and maintain a network of external trainers specializing in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI.
  • Ensure accurate distribution of training materials including Azure lab guides and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
  • Guarantee all training programs meet quality standards and result in high customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, focused on technical cloud computing or training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing technical training programs, especially those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for training analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and strong working knowledge of Azure services and OpenAI's integration within Azure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple complex training projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, articulating cloud and AI concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a global environment, adapting to international clients and partners.
  • Strong aptitude for learning emerging technologies quickly, particularly in the cloud and AI space.
