Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Data Governance Lead to manage the development and execution of enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. This role will ensure that data is managed as a strategic asset, supporting privacy compliance, data quality, and ethical data use across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of an enterprise-wide data governance team strategy framework and supporting processes.
  • Establish clear roles and responsibilities for data owners and stewards across business units.
  • Define and enforce data ownership & stewardship including data quality accuracy lineage privacy and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop and implement data quality standards validation rules and monitoring processes.
  • Partner with Privacy Security and Legal teams to classify data assets based on sensitivity regulatory impact and business value.
  • Author and maintain data governance policies standards and procedures aligned with privacy regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Foundational technical expertise including business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and communicate effectively.
