Strategic Communication Leader

Adept at cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with local and international media outlets, this leader ensures consistent and accurate media coverage of company achievements, projects, and corporate activities. In the event of a crisis, they develop plans to mitigate risks to the company's reputation and ensure preparedness through clear, concise, and rapid communication responses.

This role oversees internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization, fostering employee engagement through transparent and consistent messaging. Additionally, they manage communication strategies around CSR initiatives to highlight contributions to society and promote sustainability and social responsibility activities to enhance corporate reputation.

Responsibilities include overseeing the creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms, implementing quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
