As a financial accuracy specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

About the Role

The financial accuracy specialist will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting invoice delivery timelines, entering invoices into customer invoicing websites, submitting invoices by electronic data interchange, understanding key areas on invoicing specific to customers, checking each field on the invoices before submission, ensuring all supporting documents are in place and attached to invoices, timely updating invoice submission status in Navision, maintaining invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as reference, working closely with payroll and invoicing teams to accelerate the invoice submission process, sending out statement of accounts to customers, reconciling self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, handling invoice rejections and credit and rebills, maintaining SOPs for complete invoicing processes account-wise, and continuously supporting the improvement of platforms for invoicing.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.

Requirements
  • Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in invoicing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table).
  • Good analytical and process knowledge.
  • Good accounting knowledge.
