Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations by processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment workflows to ensure seamless financial management
  • Collaborate with the finance team on basic reporting and compliance tasks to meet regulatory requirements
  • Leverage accounting data to gain insights into ERP, procurement, and fintech systems
  • Work closely with product and tech teams to test finance automation workflows and improve efficiency
  • Gain exposure to digital procurement and interoperability solutions to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; strong fundamentals in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance
  • Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting software is an asset
  • Eager to learn about fintech and digital transformation in accounting
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
