Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent accounting skills and a strong understanding of financial management principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of financial documents, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Report Management: Manage the calculation and verification of reports provided by suppliers and generate invoices accordingly.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Run sales/scan reports for the head office and use data to create invoices in Xero. Maintain monthly statement/invoice reconciliation.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain essential financial reports using ZERO software.
  • Bookkeeping and Maintenance: Manage bookkeeping and file maintenance.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate invoices from various departments and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational abilities.
  • Timeliness and Pressure Management: Punctuality and ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in computer skills, specifically MS Office.
