About the Project

Raho Hospitality is a pioneering hospitality platform that provides a comprehensive home stay experience in non-urban leisure destinations.

We aim to standardize and elevate the homestay experience by offering more than just accommodation - we provide a complete holiday ecosystem.

Our platform delivers end-to-end holiday experiences, including stays, food, local experiences, transportation services like taxis, adventure activities such as treks, and engaging workshops.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to estimation, costing, budgeting, procurement, and site execution, while also developing technical and managerial skills essential for a career in construction and infrastructure projects.

The project intern will be responsible for assisting in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of AutoCAD.

  • Assist in estimating costs and preparing budgets.
  • Support preparation of BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.

This role offers practical experience in interpretation of drawings and project planning, as well as mentorship from experienced engineers and project managers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, formulas, reports).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret engineering drawings.

You will gain valuable skills and experience in project management, construction, and infrastructure development.
