Infrastructure Development Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Infrastructure Development Manager with 2-4 years of experience in construction or project management.

  • Support senior project managers by preparing reports, charts, and project documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines and perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings.

Preliminary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation, tendering, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
