Job Title: Client Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Coordinator to join our Project Department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, planning, and execution.

This is an ideal position for recent graduates looking to build foundational skills in project management within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks. They will also support project documentation, reporting, and tracking.

Additionally, the Client Coordinator will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and participate in project meetings and take minutes.

Maintaining project files and records in an organized manner is also a key responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Participate in project meetings and take minutes
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized manner

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers welcome)
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Brief understanding of project workflows
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
