Billing Specialist Role

As a billing specialist, you will be responsible for managing the billing process for real estate transactions. This includes generating and validating invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements, payment schedules, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and validate invoices for real estate transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements, payment schedules, and company policies.
  • Monitor and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare periodic billing and financial reports for management review.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the billing process to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, preferably in the real estate domain.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high accuracy and completeness in billing and documentation.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
