System Developer - Identity Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing IAM/IGA solutions using SailPoint to meet the organization's specific needs and security requirements.
  • Integrating new applications into the SailPoint platform, defining access policies, and ensuring seamless user access.
  • Automating user provisioning, deprovisioning, and other identity lifecycle management processes to improve efficiency.
  • Defining and enforcing access control policies based on role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principle, and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Conducting periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify potential security risks.
  • Ensuring smooth data exchange and workflow by integrating SailPoint with other enterprise systems.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues within the SailPoint environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • IAM principles and technologies: A strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies.
  • Programming languages: Experience with programming languages like Java can be beneficial, especially when integrating with other systems.
  • Security knowledge: Knowledge of security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues. SailPoint certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with other IAM platforms: Experience with other IAM platforms can be a plus.
