We are looking for a System Architect with excellent engineering and leadership skills to join us.

This position is based in our Bangalore office. Elastic Beam, a fully owned subsidiary of Ping Identity.

You will:

- Understand the big picture, use cases and architect solutions for PingOne DaVinci, an identity orchestration platform
- Work with product managers, engineering leaders and other stakeholders to understand the requirements, create architectural blueprint and help in building the solutions
- Present architectural proposals and solutions to stakeholders and get alignment
- Architect and design distributed, multi-tier, highly performant systems for solving business problems
- Develop scalable microservices for the cloud platform
- Be hands on and build features and enhancements for the product
- Guide scalability and performance improvements.

You have:

- 15+ years of experience in commercial, enterprise-level product environments of which at least 5 years of experience in software architecture and design
- Strong experience in building services using NodeJS
- Experience of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of Dockerization and Kubernetes
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see the big picture and the details.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of running Agile Practice

Desired Qualifications:

- Good security and identity concepts
- Experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Redis)
- Experience of Cloud Platforms AWS/Azure
