BIM Structural Draftsman Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our structural engineering team by preparing accurate and detailed BIM models and structural drawings.

The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of structural systems (RC, steel, post-tensioning, etc.) and detailing standards, with proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.

This role involves preparing structural drawings and 3D BIM models based on engineering markups and design requirements, as well as coordinating and collaborating with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure model consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed BIM models and structural drawings
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines
  • Ensure model consistency and quality control of drafted output
  • Manage drawing revisions and updates throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
  • Minimum [3-5] years of experience as a structural draftsman
  • At least [2] years using BIM/Revit
  • Solid knowledge of structural systems and detailing standards
