Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audience segmentation and be able to define and implement effective marketing strategies.

  • Audience Segmentation: Identify and analyze our target audience segments to create personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives that meet business objectives.
  • Data Governance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of target contact lists across marketing systems.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing data operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with audiences, segmentation, and marketing-owned communications strategy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot and CRMs like Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including stakeholder collaboration, requirement gathering, and deadline management.
  • Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
