Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Management & Billing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting periodic activities for the Order to Cash process, including credit management, block/unblock customers, and performing invoice accounting and revenue recognition.
  • Preparing regular reports on billing, collections, and customer interactions, providing insights to management for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Sharing insights and recommendations with the Operation Excellence team to improve billing processes and customer management strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and customer data management.
Customer and Billing Management

You will be responsible for communicating and discussing report insights and proposed actions with the Customer Management & Billing Manager. Additionally, you will track and process payments received and address any discrepancies or issues related to payments. You will also collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth processes related to customer management, billing, and service delivery.

Data Management

You will be responsible for updating and maintaining customer accounts, keeping detailed records of interactions, transactions, and relevant communication to provide a comprehensive overview of the customer's history. You will also utilize customer data to generate reports and insights that aid in understanding customer payment patterns to take informed decisions on billing strategies and upselling opportunities.

Process Improvement

You will actively participate in Order-to-Cash process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to streamline billing procedures, enhance customer experiences, and optimize overall operations. You will also propose and support the implementation of Order-to-Cash process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Your Manager

You will report to the Manager - Order-to-Cash (OTC).Your Team

You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from the colleagues of other finance processes in the Shared Service Center.

Other Partners

You will collaborate with internal teams, including Finance teams across various business markets of three clusters, and external partners, including auditors and customers.
