Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled recruitment specialist to source and screen candidates for civil engineering and architecture roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen qualified candidates for US clients in the civil engineering / architecture domain.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
  • Develop relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
