About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Growth Associate. As a Growth Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying and assessing potential students who are interested in studying abroad.

Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and qualify leads generated from various sources, ensuring that only the most relevant and high-potential prospects move forward in the enrollment process.

You will engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals. You will also maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate inbound leads from various sources and determine their eligibility and potential for study abroad programs
  2. Engage with prospective students to understand their interests and goals
  3. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
  4. Nurture unqualified or undecided leads
  5. Work closely with counselors and business development teams
Requirements
  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (added advantage if you come from a sales background)
  • Involvement in college communities or clubs (a plus point)
  • Remarkable communication and persuasion skills
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
