Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to lead the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from implementation to renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer onboarding strategies, including training and support initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful account management.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process improvement and account health.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Spendflo platform, working closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide product support and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with product management to surface customer feedback and translate it into product requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the implementation function as the team scales.

About You:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager or Implementation Consultant.
  • Proven track record of managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting with clients on business process improvements at a senior level.
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable working in a startup environment and driving projects from concept to delivery.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and database structures, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience running projects with unique roadmaps and checklists, tailored to each client's needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tease out nuanced details from customers and provide solutions that meet their needs.
