Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Control-Rooms solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing new products and enhancing existing ones to increase profitability and drive business growth. Your expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning will help us stay ahead in the industry.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product release requirements, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute plans to achieve desired outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and sales teams, will be critical to your success in this role.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, preferably in Control-Rooms, AV, KVM, or Broadcasting type businesses. A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, project management, or related scientific/technical discipline is also required. Additionally, certifications in project or product management would be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the Control-Room market, including operator desks and videowalls where KVM, AV, and IoT technologies are used.
  • Manage products in our Control-Rooms solutions portfolio, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Build business cases for new products or promotions.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products through market research and customer visits.
  • Drive solution sets across internal R&D, OEM partners, marketing communications, and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plans.
  • Report on program activities and progress to senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management in Control-Rooms, AV, KVM, or Broadcasting type businesses.
  • Deep understanding of product management, marketing, sales launch, and operations lifecycles and processes.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams in multiple countries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly desirable: understanding of networking, KVM, AV, virtualization, video-walls, and IT infrastructure technologies.
